Please read these terms carefully before using the platform. This forms a legally binding agreement between you and b2999.

Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these terms and conditions:

  • "Platform" refers to the b2999 website, all subdomains, and associated digital services.
  • "User" or "You" refers to any person registered on the platform or using its services.
  • "Account" refers to a user's own registered profile on the platform.
  • "Bonus" refers to promotional rewards or additional credits granted by b2999.
  • "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount of bets that must be completed before bonus funds become withdrawable.
  • "Valid Currency" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT), which is the only currency used on this platform.

Singular terms in these conditions also apply in the plural, and vice versa. Words such as "including", "for example", and similar expressions are not restrictive.

Eligibility & Age Verification

To use b2999's services, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

2.1 Age Requirement

This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. b2999 may request valid identification for age verification at any time.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

Users must access the platform from a jurisdiction where participating in online gaming activities is not prohibited by local law. It is entirely your own responsibility to comply with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.

2.3 Identity Verification

b2999 reserves the right to verify a user's identity under the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account

Each individual may open only one account at b2999. Opening multiple accounts by the same person or household is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and all bonuses and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, address, and contact details — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. b2999 reserves the right to close any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password confidential. Sharing login credentials with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.4 Account Transfer

A b2999 account may not under any circumstances be sold, transferred, or made available for use by a third party. An account is for the personal use of the registered holder only.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

Approved payment methods for depositing funds at b2999 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, or BRAC Bank may be used).

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (same for all methods).
  • Deposits must be made in your own name and from your own payment account.
  • Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.
  • Deposited funds will be credited to the account after successful verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal processing generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawal processing may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
  • Withdrawals are not possible until the applicable bonus wagering requirement has been met.
  • b2999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for suspicious transactions.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Transactions in any foreign currency are not accepted.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy: b2999 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions are monitored and suspicious activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at b2999 can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
  • Deposit ৳28,000 or more → maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on the sum of deposit and bonus). Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

  • Bonuses may only be used to place bets on games within the platform.
  • Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly.
  • After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within a specified time limit.
  • If deposited funds are withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
  • b2999 may exclude certain games from contributing to the wagering requirement.

5.4 General Terms for Promotional Offers

All promotions and bonus offers are at b2999's discretion, and b2999 reserves the right to change or withdraw them at any time. Taking advantage of an offer does not guarantee the same offer will be available in the future. Misuse of bonuses or attempting to collect bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account closure.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

b2999 operates under a Fair Play policy. All game outcomes are determined through an impartial RNG (Random Number Generator) system. Artificially influencing or attempting to influence any game outcome is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Technical Errors

Any game result arising from a software error, server problem, or other technical failure will be considered void. In such cases, b2999 will endeavor to refund the maximum staked bet amount, though this cannot be guaranteed.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and market, and are displayed in the game interface. b2999 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.4 Sports Betting

For sports betting, make sure you fully understand the bet before placing it. Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless b2999 explicitly allows it. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with b2999's betting rules.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b2999 platform:

7.1 Fraud & Manipulation

  • Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
  • Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
  • Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform's systems.
  • Using any kind of cheat codes or unauthorized software.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

  • Placing low-risk bets with the sole purpose of meeting bonus conditions (bonus hunting).
  • Claiming the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts.
  • Using family members' accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses.

7.3 Other Prohibited Activities

  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
  • Harassing or insulting other users.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
  • Placing bets using funds belonging to a third party.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 b2999's Rights

b2999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Failure to complete identity or age verification.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  • Transactions suspected of involving money laundering.
  • At the user's own request (as part of responsible gaming).

8.2 Consequences of Account Closure

After an account is closed, the user will no longer be able to log in to the platform. The balance of an account closed due to fraud may be forfeited. The legitimate balance of an account closed for valid reasons will be returned subject to verification.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Users may request closure of their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Temporary or permanent self-exclusion is also available as part of responsible gaming.

Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

b2999 tries to keep the platform available at all times, but temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or reasons beyond the user's control. b2999 is not obligated to provide any compensation for such disruptions.

9.2 Accuracy of Information

Information displayed on the platform is kept as accurate as possible, however no guarantee is made as to its complete accuracy. Opinions and forecasts published are for informational purposes only.

9.3 Liability for Personal Loss

Gaming is a recreational activity and carries financial risk. b2999 is not responsible for any financial loss incurred by a user as a result of gaming. Users use the platform of their own free will and at their own risk.

9.4 Third-Party Services

b2999 uses services from third-party game providers and payment processors. b2999 is not responsible for errors or issues arising from these third parties.

Terms & Conditions Amendments

12.1 Right to Make Changes

b2999 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified on the platform or by email in the event of significant changes.

12.2 Acceptance of Changes

Continued use of the platform after updated terms and conditions are published will be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may close your account.

12.3 Severability of Provisions

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.

Last Amended: The latest revised version of these terms and conditions is effective from 1 January 2026. Previous versions are considered void from this date.
